X-Men Showrunner Turns in Script, Not Denying New X-Men Season

The @xmentas Twitter Account confirms a Script has been turned in over the weekend.

If you’ve been living under a rock then you’ve probably been missing the renewed love Disney+ has ignited for the X-Men Animated Series.

All over again, Millennial fans old and new are flocking to their local social accounts to post, tweet and screenshot their love for the X-Men cartoon that captured and defined a generation.

But it’s what happened over the weekend that has whipped Mutant lovers into an all new frenzy.

With news that husband/wife writing and show running duo, Eric and Julie Lewald (responsible for the X-Men series) have turned in a new script. And it has left a veritable Mutant mob foaming at the mouth:

Could this mean a whole new X-Men series? Which X-Men stories that happened post-Graduation Day would you like to see brought to the table?

One thing we are hoping it for is plenty of Wolverine “egg suckin gutter trash” moments!
