20 Fists gets limited edition Pride Variant by Kira Okamoto, half of proceeds go to LGBTQ+ Center Brave Space Alliance
The first issue of the critically acclaimed action-romance series 20 Fists is getting a re-release Pride Variant by Kira Okamoto (Radiant Black, Fire Power) available on sourcepointpress.com for a limited time. Half of all proceeds from the 20 Fists #1 Pride Variant will be donated to Brave Space Alliance, an LGBTQ+ Center located in Chicago.
Frankee White, writer of 20 Fists, said this earlier today:
“Brave Space Alliance is a wonderful and necessary Black-led, trans-led center that provides knowledge, resources, and space to LGBTQ+ people in the south and west sides of Chicago. I’m thrilled that 50% of the proceeds will be donated to them and their services.”

20 Fists is illustrated by Kat Baumann with color by Gabriela Contreras and letters by DC Hopkins.
This a comic about fist fights and bad romance. The No Names are new to the 20 Fists Fight League. As they begin to make a name for themselves the worst possible thing happens: their leader Chel falls for Billie, the leader of their rival crew The Big Jackets. Now, with their crews about to meet up for another battle, Chel and Billie need to decide… to make love or war?
CCO Joshua Werner added:
“We’re very excited to have such a special limited edition item to celebrate Pride Month, especially with this gorgeous variant cover art by Kira Okamoto. This is raising money for such a great cause and the 20 Fists team has been a dream to work with.”
Brave Space Alliance is the first Black-led, trans-led LGBTQ+ Center located on the South Side of Chicago, and designed to create and provide affirming and culturally competent services for the entire LGBTQ+ community of Chicago. To learn more and/or donate, visit bravespacealliance.org.
The 20 Fists #1 Pride Variant is available on sourcepointpress.com for the month of June, 2021.
