BOOM! Studios releases this Week
BOOM! Studios. Remember the folks who like to take a punt on rising star creators as much as they do Licensed Titles? Well, dear reader, I’ve got four new titles from BOOM! Studios which I’d like to talk to you about. Two you may have heard of (definitely Buffy) and another two you should really check out to extend that never-ending pull box of yours.
Buffy (who needs no introduction) has a fantastic look collectors books made by a fresh swath of new and established creators. There’s the ongoing horrific maelstrom of James Tynion IV’s Something is Killing the Children and issue 21 ain’t that bad an issue to jump on board with. I mean, what it’s about is kind of in the name. Then there’s The Killer and finally the collected edition of Matthew Erman and Stefano Simeone’s Good Luck graphic novel with approaches the idea of good luck from a cosmic standpoint.
