First Impressions
The second issue in this Tokusatsu series is paying huge homage to the genre and is really living up to the TV show of its namesake. These preview pages are boasting huge impactful scenes between the main characters. This is juxtaposed by the interpersonal drama which we’re seeing a tiny bit of on the fifth page.
What I’m happy to see here is absolutely no white washing going on with the characters here. Just huge, epic, super-powered, sci-fi martial arts. This is exactly how Tokusatsu was meant to be!
